EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REGRET PERIOD:
You can exchange one or more items from your purchase made at the online store within 30 days of receiving it, as long as the product has the label affixed, accompanied by all accessories and has not been used or washed. To do so, the user just needs to contact us through one of our Call Center channels to request an exchange, informing the purchased part (to be exchanged), as well as the one he wants, as long as it is available for sale.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Code and the e-commerce law (Federal Decree No. 6,523), the consumer is protected from exercising his right of repentance, being able to return one or more items purchased within 7 days of receipt. , provided that the product(s) is(are) accompanied by the respective label affixed, as well as the accessories that integrate it, and the parts cannot have been used and/or washed. To do so, the user just needs to contact us through one of our Call Center channels to request an exchange, informing the purchased part (to be exchanged), as well as the one he wants, as long as it is available for sale.
SALSA gives its customers the right to exchange or return the product purchased through the website. The deadline for requesting a return is seven calendar days and for exchanges 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.
Notes: The first exchange at the SALSA online store is free! All expenses are on us. In other exchange requests for the same order, Salsa will reserve the right to make a new charge for freight and other postage charges.

We will send you the postage code along with the instructions for carrying out the same by e-mail. Upon receipt of the product, it will be submitted for analysis within 3 (three) working days, counting from the receipt of the product at our Distribution Center. After analyzing the customer will be informed by email about the exchange of the product.

The deadline for completing the exchange is up to 30 days.
IMPORTANT
Exchange for the same product: The exchange is made for another size and color of the same reference and value, according to availability in our stock.
Voucher: After the return of the product and the approval of the analysis in our logistics department, the amount paid for the product will be refunded through a Voucher and the consumer will be able to make a new purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse the return and return the product to the customer, if any of the items are not within the standards informed in the rules for exchanges and returns.
After the Voucher is released, you will receive an email informing the number and validity.
Once the Voucher is generated, it will not be possible to request its cancellation, requiring its use within the validity period.
The exchange voucher is non-transferable, so it must be used with the same registration in which the purchase was made.
Reversal: After the return of the product and the approval of the analysis in our logistics department, the reversal of the amount will be carried out according to the original payment of the order.
Card: Enter one or two invoices depending on the expiration date of the card and the closure of the invoice by the administrator.
Boleto or Transfer: Reversal through deposit into an account within a period of up to 10 working days (for security reasons, the deposit cannot be made into a third party account).
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
- If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, refuse receipt and immediately notify our Customer Service Center by e-mail sac@salsa.com.br or by telephone (11) 51022785 (Monday to Friday, from 08:00h to 18:00h).
- We inform you that it is currently not allowed to exchange products in physical stores when purchased in the online store and vice versa.
- Do not send the goods without contacting our call center.
- The customer can use the exchange voucher to choose the same product or another, depending on the stock available in our virtual store. If there is a difference in price for more, the customer must pay the difference using one of the payment options available at the time of purchase. The voucher can only be used once and is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
IN CASE OF INVOLUNTARY RETURN - POST:
In case of return by Correios claiming invalid address, unknown addressee, moved, owner not found or similar situation, the total or partial reversal/cancellation of the transaction will be carried out with the card administrator (if the purchase was made by credit card), or via bank deposit into an account with the same ownership as the purchase (if paid by bank slip).
DELIVERY DELAY:
We remind you that your order will only be available for shipment after confirmation of payment, either by the credit or debit card company, or by the financial institution when the chosen payment method has been the bank slip. Only after such confirmation does the counting of the delivery period stipulated in the act of purchase begin.
